It may seem crazy but we’ve done it! We have placed a contract on a house in Orlando from a virtual showing. In these crazy COVID times though, haven’t we all done a thing or two virtually that we never planned (Doctors appointments, Bible study, etc.)?
OK, so this may seem extra crazy but in this hot sellers market, houses are sold within a day! We had our realtor and a friend Zoom with us through the house and Eric plans to be in person later this week for the inspection (giving us a chance to step out of the deal if there are any unexpected problems).
This week we ask for prayer as our Little Rock home is getting inspected on Wednesday and Eric travels to Florida for our Thursday inspection of the home we hope to buy. In general, we are thorough, slow processors so this is a lot to handle in a week! Pray with us that there are no big inspection surprises, and we are able to smoothly transition in mid-April.
