WOW- what a weekend! We listed our house last Wednesday with a note that we would be open for viewing starting Friday morning. Twelve showings and four offers later, we signed a contract Sunday evening! Praise the Lord! This experience was SOOOOO different than our 2009 sale in Michigan. Each is its own ‘God Story’, but in very different ways. If all goes well with inspection, appraisal and closing, we will be moving out on April 10th. Lots of moving pieces before then.
