I know, it has been a while since we have posted here. A lot of transition and empty cardboard boxes later, here we are! I’ve got two quick updates demonstrating that life is slowly getting back to normal.
First, Eric is on his first ministry trip in well over a year! We are thankful that he is able to attach a family visit to PA for Memorial Day weekend on the front, but then next week he will be meeting with FamilyLife donors and friends in person. We are praising God for the freedom that vaccination and reduced COVID-19 numbers are giving for travel and in-person ministry.
Second, we have been given clearance for staff to begin returning to the Lake Hart Cru campus. Last week Eric & I both went to orientation and received our updated ID’s and parking passes. The return will be slow and spaced, but we are excited to be able to collaborate with co-workers without Zoom!
Please pray for safety and wisdom as things begin to open up. And pray for me, as well, as I begin the process of finding my area of FamilyLife service now that I am done homeschooling.
