Just wanted to share a quick glimpse into our quick visit to Charissa up at collage. Every year around this time we take family pictures. These become ‘school pictures’ for our homeschool girls as well as the photo prayer cards that we mail out at Christmas. Yes, we could have waited until Thanksgiving break, but we thought it would be fun to have a bit of campus background so, up we went. I promise these included pictures are NOT of the family photo shoot – this is just the inevitable goofy-ness that happens after 7 weeks apart. We drove up on Saturday morning and home Sunday afternoon but this gave us enough time to take pictures, take Charissa out for sushi (her favorite!), stock up Charissa’s in room snack supply, play 2 family games of Uno, attend campus chapel, and meet a whole bunch of her new college friends! Please continue to pray for her as she seeks to balance work, school, and social life. Also, that she would continue to pursue Christ while at college. Thanks!
